 At Eternal Bliss Aesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional care, elevated experiences, and results-driven treatments in a safe and professional environment. To ensure the highest level of service and appointment availability for all clients, please review our policies prior to booking.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your scheduled treatment on the day of service.

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for all appointment reschedules. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.

Appointment reminders are sent via:

• Email: 48 hours prior to appointment
• Text Message (SMS): 2 hours prior to appointment

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made directly by phone or text. Requests submitted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms will not be accepted.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit and may incur an additional cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and may be required to pay a no-show fee before future appointments can be booked.

All fees are non-refundable. In select circumstances, management may choose to apply fees toward a future service at provider discretion.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in, paperwork completion, and consultation preparation.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication may need to be rescheduled and could be considered a no-show.

While we will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, appointment modifications may be necessary to avoid disrupting scheduled treatments for other clients.

We offer both virtual and in-person consultations for new and existing clients.

Consultations are designed to:

• Discuss treatment goals
• Review medical history
• Assess candidacy for services
• Create a customized treatment plan

Please note:

• Consultation appointments do not guarantee same-day treatment.
• Treatment timing depends on provider availability, medical clearance, and treatment complexity.

If you already know which service you would like, we recommend booking the treatment directly. A personalized consultation is included at the beginning of every treatment appointment to finalize your plan.

Results vary from person to person. All aesthetic and wellness treatments are elective and based on individual consultation, medical history, anatomy, lifestyle, and provider assessment.

Certain services may require:

• Medical clearance
• Laboratory testing
• Good Faith Examination (GFE)
• Provider approval prior to treatment

Treatment recommendations are made solely at the discretion of the medical provider to ensure safety and appropriate care.

Disclaimer: All medical weight loss treatments at Eternal Bliss Aesthetics are customized based on each patient’s individual medical history, goals, provider assessment, and clinical needs. Medication selection, dosing, and treatment plans vary from patient to patient and are determined only after consultation and medical evaluation.

Prescription medications are not guaranteed and are prescribed solely at the discretion of the licensed medical provider if medically appropriate.

For eligible patients, medications may be fulfilled and shipped directly from a licensed partnering pharmacy to the patient. Eternal Bliss Aesthetics does not manufacturer medications and cannot guarantee availability, shipping timelines, or pharmacy inventory.

Results vary by individual and are influenced by factors including adherence, nutrition, lifestyle, metabolism, and medical history.

For client privacy and HIPAA compliance, medical consultations and treatment recommendations are not conducted through Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, or other social media platforms.

Please contact our office directly for all appointment requests, consultations, or medical questions.

Children are welcome; however, children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving services.

For safety reasons, unattended children are not permitted in treatment rooms or throughout the facility.

Eternal Bliss Aesthetics is not responsible for supervising children during appointments.

A processing fee may apply to credit/debit card transactions.

All payments are due at the time of service unless prior payment arrangements have been approved.

Due to the nature of aesthetic, wellness, and medical services, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on:

• Services rendered
• Packages
• Memberships
• Deposits
• Retail products
• Gift certificates

Clients are responsible for reviewing all treatment information and contraindications prior to proceeding with services.

By booking and receiving services at Eternal Bliss Aesthetics, clients acknowledge and agree to all office policies, including our no-refund policy.

Any chargeback disputes initiated through a financial institution will be formally contested using:

• Signed consent forms
• Treatment documentation
• Appointment records
• Communication history
• Before-and-after photography (when applicable)

Clients remain financially responsible for all disputed balances, including any administrative, legal, or collection-related fees associated with the dispute process.

All clients are required to complete and sign:

• Treatment consent forms
• Medical intake forms
• Policy acknowledgments
• Photography consent (optional)

By scheduling or receiving services at Eternal Bliss Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
